TWIN DUMP/FRONT PIPE KIT EVO7~9

WHY a TWIN DUMP? To enable the exhaust gases to flow out of the turbo and wastegate easily, without each Clashing into each other, which will increase turbo lag or reduce turbo boost response!

Each and every Twin Dump/Front pipe kit is hand Built on an EVO 8 for the best ground clearances!

Unique features of our Twin Pipe:

1. The TWIN Dump and front pipes section uses the 2.2mm seamless extruded SS304 Stainless Steel 3" pipe! (all exhaust pipes are rolled and welded, not extruded!)

2. Wastegate discharge pipe is 2" 1.6mm thick SS304 stainless steel pipes!

* NEVER USE CHEAP MILD STEEL PIPES USED HERE, especially with E85, the moisture will total rust through theses mild steel pipes very quickly! Some mask their mild steel pipes with paint that just burns off with 1st use!

3. We start with a Steel 12mm thick flange, after Tig welding, faced and polished, average 10mm final thickness of the flange to the Turbo to ensure full seal at all temperatures!

4. Correct flex bend pipe; without the internal mesh that separates and coils up like a doughnut that blocks the exhaust flow!

5. Turbo grade Stainless steel v-band with CNC Flanges! Why a V-band joint? Allows easy removal of the Front pipe. if you need to drop the gearbox or transfercase without having to remove the dump section!

6. HIGH QUALITY Stainless Steel 316 TIG welds on most except the 3 welds, on the flex pipe and v-band that are Stainless Steel 316 MIG welded while installed on the EVO for the best possible fitment!
* NO LOW GRADE mild steel MIG WELDS that rusts!

HIGHER than usual grade of material used to ensure the high heat doesn't affect the performance and ensure long lasting performance!

FITS EVO 7 & 8.

EVO 9 need to have evo 7/8 high flow cat to suit.
