We start with the very best DowCorning Made in USA silicone raw materials.

Custom made moulds to be exact measurements as OE hoses.

Hand wrapped silicone layers, total of 5 layers.

Each layer is reinforced with high density high quality polyester fibre sheet.

A Hand wound Stainless steel spring is integrated in the middle layers to ADD structural strength to Resist Hose Ballooning on High Boost!!!

All finished in a smooth Silicone finish for a easy to use and install part!

All our Silicone hoses kit comes with correct sized High grade SS304 Stainless Steel Non-perforated Worm clamps for years of Anti-rust, with rounded smooth edges to prevent cutting into the Hose when installed tightly onto the Silicone hoses!
